Ambassador Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

The Helix Ambassador Rewards Program is designed to reward members for supporting the growth of the Helix Wellness Group community through referrals and eligible purchases.

Participants may earn Rewards Points through:

• Personal eligible purchases.
• Eligible purchases made by qualified referrals.
• Promotional events or bonus opportunities offered by Helix Wellness Group.
• Other activities designated by Helix Wellness Group.

Rewards Points may be redeemed for Helix Rewards Credits toward future eligible purchases, subject to these Terms.

Participation in the Program is voluntary and free.

For purposes of these Terms:

Member means an individual with an active Helix Wellness Group account.

Ambassador means a Member who refers another customer using their unique referral code.

Referral means a new customer who joins Helix Wellness Group using an Ambassador’s referral code and is approved by Helix Wellness Group.

Eligible Purchase means a completed purchase that qualifies for Rewards Points as determined by Helix Wellness Group.

Rewards Points are loyalty points accumulated through eligible activity.

Helix Rewards Credits are promotional credits issued upon redemption of Rewards Points that may be applied toward future eligible purchases.

Participation is available only to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Maintain an active Helix Wellness Group account.
• Comply with all Program Terms.
• Maintain only one personal rewards account unless otherwise approved by Helix Wellness Group.

Helix Wellness Group reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its sole discretion.

Members earn Rewards Points according to the current rewards schedule published by Helix Wellness Group.

Examples may include:

• Personal product purchases.
• Personal service purchases.
• Purchases made by qualified referrals.
• Promotional bonus events.
• Special campaigns.

Helix Wellness Group may modify earning rates, point multipliers, promotional events, or qualification requirements at any time.

Members receive a unique referral code.

When a new customer joins using that code and completes an eligible purchase:

• The referring Member becomes the Ambassador for that referral.
• The Ambassador may continue earning Rewards Points on future eligible purchases made by that referral while the referral relationship remains active.
• Referral Rewards are subject to Program tier multipliers if applicable.

Helix Wellness Group reserves the right to determine referral ownership in cases involving duplicate or disputed referral claims.

Helix Wellness Group may offer multiple Ambassador levels, including but not limited to:

• Bronze
• Silver
• Gold
• Platinum

Tier qualifications, point multipliers, and benefits may change without notice.

Tier status is determined solely by Helix Wellness Group.

Unless otherwise stated:

100 Rewards Points = $5.00 Helix Rewards Credit.

Helix Wellness Group reserves the right to modify the redemption value at any time.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect Rewards Credits already issued unless required by law.

Rewards Credits:

• May only be redeemed toward future eligible purchases.
• May only be redeemed through Helix Wellness Group.
• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be exchanged for gift cards.
• Cannot be transferred to another individual.
• Cannot be sold.
• Cannot be bartered.
• Cannot be assigned.

Rewards Credits may only be redeemed after verification by Helix Wellness Group.

Rewards Credits are always applied to the current full retail price of eligible products or services.

Rewards Credits may not be applied to:

• Sale pricing
• Promotional pricing
• Clearance pricing
• Membership specials
• Bundle pricing
• Wholesale pricing
• Dealer pricing
• VIP pricing
• Employee pricing
• Distributor pricing
• Limited-time offers
• Coupon discounts
• Promotional codes
• Any other discounted pricing

Only one pricing structure may be used per transaction.

Rewards Credits cannot be combined or “stacked” with any additional promotional discount unless expressly authorized by Helix Wellness Group.

Rewards Credits:

• Are promotional in nature.
• Are not cash.
• Are not property.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be refunded.
• Cannot be exchanged.
• Cannot be converted into any monetary equivalent.

Rewards Points may not be earned on:

• Taxes
• Shipping charges
• Handling fees
• Returned merchandise
• Refunded purchases
• Chargebacks
• Fraudulent purchases
• Complimentary products
• Promotional giveaways
• Donations
• Gift certificates (if offered)

Helix Wellness Group reserves the right to designate additional excluded transactions.

If an eligible purchase is:

• Refunded,
• Cancelled,
• Charged back,
• Reversed,
• Determined to be fraudulent,

Helix Wellness Group may:

• Remove associated Rewards Points.
• Reverse Rewards Credits.
• Reduce account balances.
• Suspend redemption privileges.
• Require repayment of improperly redeemed credits.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Self-referrals.
• Creating duplicate accounts.
• Creating fake customer accounts.
• Using false identities.
• Purchasing solely to manipulate rewards.
• Referral code abuse.
• Artificially inflating purchases.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Any attempt to manipulate the Program.

Violation may result in:

• Immediate removal from the Program.
• Loss of all accumulated points.
• Cancellation of Rewards Credits.
• Permanent account suspension.

Members are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate contact information.
• Protecting login credentials.
• Monitoring Rewards balances.
• Reporting unauthorized activity promptly.

Helix Wellness Group is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from Member negligence.

Helix Wellness Group reserves the right to:

• Correct calculation errors.
• Correct posting errors.
• Correct referral assignments.
• Adjust balances.
• Remove improperly awarded points.
• Correct software or administrative mistakes.

All determinations made by Helix Wellness Group are final.

Helix Wellness Group may modify:

• Point earning rates.
• Redemption values.
• Tier qualifications.
• Tier benefits.
• Eligible purchases.
• Promotional events.
• Referral structure.
• Point expiration policies.
• Program rules.

Changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Helix Wellness Group may suspend or terminate:

• An individual Member.
• A referral account.
• The entire Rewards Program.

This may occur with or without notice where permitted by law.

Termination of the Program does not create liability for unredeemed points or future benefits except where required by applicable law.

Rewards Points and Rewards Credits:

• Are promotional incentives.
• Do not constitute property.
• Do not create vested rights.
• Have no guaranteed monetary value.
• May be modified or discontinued.

Participation does not create any contractual right to future rewards.

Participation in the Program is also governed by the Helix Wellness Group Privacy Policy.

Information collected may be used to:

• Administer the Program.
• Track referrals.
• Process rewards.
• Prevent fraud.
• Improve Member experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix Wellness Group shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures.
• Lost rewards due to system outages.
• Incorrect referral tracking.
• Delayed posting of Rewards Points.
• Software errors.
• Lost data.
• Unauthorized account access.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of Florida.

These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement governing participation in the Helix Wellness Group Ambassador Rewards Program.

Participation in the Helix Wellness Group Ambassador Rewards Program constitutes acknowledgment that the Member has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Helix Wellness Group reserves the right to interpret these Terms in good faith and make all final decisions regarding Program administration, point eligibility, referral qualification, reward calculations, and redemption approval.
